As we head into Spring, we’re definitely seeing signs of a more active condo market based on February’s stats.
The TLDR: Less supply came onto the market but sales were up significantly compared to January. Unit prices are trending upward again and the days-to-sell dropped significantly when compared to the previous month. The Condo Culture team is generally seeing more sales activity and more interest from both buyers and sellers as we head into the Spring market.
