Simply Put, We’re Obsessed With Condos.

Condo Culture agent reviewing marketing plan with potential buyers

Our Story

Since the beginning, we’ve been captivated by condos as places to live and invest in, and with the lifestyle they represent. In fact, when we made the decision to open our first Condo Culture location in 2013, we ourselves were condo buyers, sellers, dwellers, and investors.

At that time, condos were becoming a bigger and bigger part of the local real estate market, but experts who could provide the guidance and advice that was so critical for condo buyers and sellers didn’t exist. In everything from ownership type and building style to amenities, buyer types, and how to reach and connect with those buyers, condos are different from other types of real estate. To us, that meant dedicating ourselves to condos alone, and developing a tailored approach.

We’ve been on a mission to perfect the best way to buy and sell condos ever since, and, today, our systems for buying and selling condos are stronger than they’ve ever been.

Our undivided attention is given solely to condos, and it is that focus that drives our expertise in them.

Scott joined forces with Jeff in 2009 with a mutual passion for real estate and recognition of the need for innovation within the industry. As condo dwellers and real estate investors themselves, they knew there had to be a better way. Today, Scott leads our new development division and is responsible for industry leading execution of each and every project we take on. In his downtime, you can find Scott golfing, cycling, or spending time with his wife and two boys. Scott is also an active member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation. Ok, so sometimes downtime is relative.

We recently sold our unit at 144 Park Street with the help of Condo Culture. Their knowledge of the condo market and of 144 Park specifically proved to be invaluable… We would definitely recommend Condo Culture to anyone looking to buy or sell a condo.
