Hello Everyone!

We hope you all had a great week and wanted to thank everyone who helped by providing their feedback last week on how we can make our newsletter and your experience buying and selling a condo the best it can be! What became clear to all of us here at CC is that you guys really love our weekly emails so first and foremost, thank you for the love!

Through your notes, we received lots of great compliments and comments but also some great suggestions that we’ll be implementing soon too so stay tuned! One thing that seems unanimous about the newsletter is everyone seems to love our summary of all of the new condos to hit the market this past week. We heard both from those of you hot on your search for a new condo as well as those of you who are just looking to keep tabs on the market and this section is loved by all so it makes us even happier to announce we’re making some major changes to this section that will make it even better!

Introducing the new and improved version of our weekly New Listings section. Rather than simply a static list in our weekly email every week, you can now create an account on CondoCulture.ca and get updates on every new condo & loft, new projects and off-market properties added to the website in a concise, separate email from our weekly newsletter. This is awesome as it gives you everything you’ve come to love about the list in our weekly newsletter in a more flexible format that you can tailor to your needs with these added benefits:

• For those who are looking to keep even closer tabs on the market, you can switch your notification preferences from WEEKLY to DAILY to receive notifications of any new units to hit the market every 24 hours.
• For those of you also considering communities in the surrounding area, you can now select additional cities that interest you such as Cambridge and Guelph and new cities as we add them like Hamilton and Dundas. Great for those of you looking in surrounding cities or those of you looking to diversify your condo investments into additional markets
• You can now also choose to narrow your updates to track activity in specific buildings once you’ve identified your top picks. This is great for those of you on the hunt for a condo or loft who have created a short-list of your favourite buildings or for those of you who already live in a condo and are looking to keep an eye on listings and values in your specific building
• In addition to receiving notifications, your account also now gives you access to SOLD TRENDS and ANALYTICS for each building so you can keep a pulse on not just listing activity but sales activity as well. Once you log-in you can find this by scrolling down to the TRENDS section on each building page.

Given the improved version of “the list”, we want to encourage everyone to create your own account tonight on the website so you can start receiving the new and improved list of new condos right away. You’ll continue to receive this newsletter with updates on Open Houses and a host of new and improved condo real estate and lifestyle content but we’ll be phasing out the new availability section each week given the new functionality on the website.
